Dr. Eman Elmi is a Podiatrist, Surgeon, and Foot and Ankle specialist who's passionate about helping his patients overcome their foot and ankle conditions. He completed his undergraduate education in Biomedical Sciences at UC San Diego, and went on to receive his doctorate at the California School of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated at the top of his class. Thereafter he completed his 3-year surgical residency in Foot & Ankle Surgery with Rearfoot Reconstruction at St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco, where he served as Chief Resident.
He received extensive training and experience in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopy, sports medicine, biomechanics, foot and ankle trauma, wound care and diabetic limb salvage. Dr. Elmi has additional training in minimally invasive surgery, providing better outcomes for his patients. Dr. Elmi has partnered with BASS Medical Group in 2021 to bring his patients the best care possible.
